live in the UK can I still join?

not, all our retailers are strictly for UK residents only

cost me anything to join?
No –
sign up is absolutely free, in fact we pay you to join, you will
receive
50p once you register as a thank you from us.
How do
you pay me?
At the moment
we will be paying you by Paypal, if you do not have a Paypal account
you can
get one here More payment methods will be added soon.
When do
you pay me?
At the moment
out minimum withdrawal is £15.00 which won't take you long to
earn.
You can request withdrawal anytime after you reach this limit.
We aim to pay you as
fast as we can, although payment can take up to
31 days after your withdrawal request.
Is
there a limit to how much I can earn?
There is no
limit to your earnings at all
Do you
pay me for telling my friends about you?
Yes –
we will pay you 25p for each of your friends you refer (using your
unique
referral code which can be found in your account settings
under refer a friend)
once they earn at least £1.00 in cash
back.
You say
this is free cash – what is the catch?
There is no
catch, you actually can earn cash for free, simply by entering
competitions and registering for newsletters etc.
Do I
need to log into my WOWCashback account for my shopping to track?
Yes, if you
do not log into your account, we can't track your sale
and therefore
won't be able to pay you
I have
forgotten my password what can i do?
That's
alright if you go to the log in page and click lost password, and
enter your email
address your password will be sent to your email,
all passwords are encrypted therefore
we can't tell you personally .
Why are
some transactions showing as pending?
This is
because we haven't yet been paid for them by the retailers.
I have
completed an offer but it hasn't tracked what happens next?
We urge you
to keep all emails relating to all your on line shopping and if you
don't see
one of your transactions you should contact us asap so we
can investigate this for you.
Please be aware we are unable to
investigate free offers or daily clicks.
